Tyler Martin understands that when someone faces criminal charges, far more than a legal record is at stake, it is their future, their family, and their reputation. Tyler dedicated his career to criminal law because he believes everyone deserves a “legal refuge” when everything is on the line. His greatest motivation is that “sigh of relief” felt by a client when a case is dismissed or charges are reduced.
With an analytical mind that views every case as a complex puzzle, Tyler combines creative strategy with sharp critical thinking to find solutions where others see dead ends. From high-stakes felonies to traffic violations, Tyler treats every matter with the same passion and meticulous attention to detail. To him, justice is only served when a client knows they have a relentless advocate by their side who will not rest until every avenue of defense has been exhausted.
Originally from California, Tyler has made Minnesota his home, embracing the integrity and resilience of its people. When he is not fighting in the courtroom, Tyler enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his family, the very same freedoms he works so hard to protect for his clients every day.
